  • The Library is pleased to host & welcome Master Food Preserver and Personal Chef Annette Landvatter on Thursday, August 27, at 2:00pm in the Community Room.  She will be presenting information on food preservation and canning, safety and sanitation and equipment needed.  No sign-up required.  All are welcome to attend!
  • Movies for Grown-ups is back. Thursday evening movies begin at 5:30pm and Friday afternoon movies begin at 12:30pm in the Community Room.  Snacks from home are welcome!  Due to the ratings of the movices, attendance for children is not recommended.  Please note that due to availability of the Community Meeting Room, two movies will not be shown on all dates.

    • October 1 & 2 - Woman in Gold

The Friends of the Hartford Library are proud to offer a Literacy Program called Learning Partners.  Appointments may be made with volunteers to assist with reading skills, computer help, job skills, English as a second language and basic homework aid for high school students.  For specific information on this program, please 673-3341 or 673-2903.



The Jack Russelll Memorial Library is pleased to offer this Early Literacy Program as part of a state-wide program called Growing Wisconsin Readers.  Our 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten is open to any child beginning at birth until they start kindergarten.
